When will my order arrive?

Most orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days after shipment. Your destination and selected shipping method determine the options shown at checkout.

What if I need a return or some help?

Eligible purchases can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Opening-week discounts do not automatically make an item final sale. Contact the Good Deeds team before sending anything back.

How does the Animal Helping Fund work?

We pledge 10% of every order toward helping animals. The Animal Helping Fund tracker shows verified donations only and updates after funds have actually been transferred and confirmed.

How can I track my order?
